Overnight Behavioral Health Caregiver

$500 Sign-on Bonus*

Responsibilities: Browns Living caregivers assist individuals on a one-on-one basis who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and require 24-hour oversight. You will assist residents in daily activities that they are unable to perform without assistance, and the ability to show kindness to our members and co-workers.

Do you need another reason to work for Browns Living? After 5 years of employment, you will receive round-trip tickets to anywhere in the continental US and 7 days of PTO. After 10 years of employment, you will receive $5000- and 30-days of PTO.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to obtain your C.N.A/M.A. or receive on-the-job training to become CBRF certified.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compassionate for the care and well-being of others
• Ability to utilize PPE and adhere to standard Universal Precautions.
• Able to troubleshoot and become part of a positive work environment for the company, and always work within the core values and mission of the company.
• Ability to work at other Browns Living locations as needed and required.
• Ability to work overtime, as business needs require.

• *$350 after 60-days and $150 after 90-days of employment (rehires not eligible)
