After having massive success in the Hoover area, this small agency is now looking to add a sales managment trainee. We handle financial service products for our clients that helps them invest in their family's future. We have structured plans and processes in place to guarantee the success in this position.
This is a trainee position to fast track the ideal candidate into management within 90 days. We believe that certain skills are teachable. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who are people people - who can build a relationship with current clients as well as building a relationship with prospective clients. Entreprenurial attitude is a must. We service areas such as Walker, Jefferson, St. Claire, and Shelby counties. Individuals who meet the requirements and qualifications below are highly recommended to apply for this position.
Requirements of a Sales Management Trainee:
- Maintain knowledge of products
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Self discipline and have excellent time management skills
- Desire to reach goals on a personal and business level
- Willingness to help others
- Must have driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- Must have windows operating laptop

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
