With over 120 years in the Birmingham area, we are looking to add a valued Sales Management Trainee to our local agency. We are looking for born leaders who have a passion and purpose for serving others. This position will consist of guiding a group of 5-10 individuals while servicing our financial clients. Client base consists of our current client base that needs to be serviced regularly as well as new individuals and families. Our goal is that you will become an expert in training and developing individuals so you can take yourself to the next level in your personal and professional career. We have systems and process in place that if followed will guarantee success in this role. Requirements for the Sales Management Trainee role:
- Maintain knowledge of products and services
- Create relationships with existing and future clients
- Ability to train and develop individuals on a team with existing systems and processes

- Must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid drivers license
