Job Description
Brownstein has a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and supportive Account Supervisor. In this role, you will bring understanding and insights related to industry trends, clients’ businesses, and market landscapes. You will also bring a deep-rooted passion for connecting with modern-day target audiences and the current cultural moment in order to lay the foundation for our next great creative campaign.

Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day activities of client projects, working collaboratively with internal agency teams : Creative, Production, Strategy, Digital and PR
- Provide leadership within the Account Management team to meet client objectives and timelines
- Develop and manage work processes to efficiently deliver / maintain large, integrated campaigns on an ongoing basis
- Steward high quality work and agency output
- Effectively utilize the agency’s integrated specialist teams, with an understanding of how to get the best from fellow team members
- Track budgets and monitor project scope, and provide monthly reports and recommendations aimed at achieving end-of-year budget balance
- Contribute positively to agency culture and team building
- Understand potential project risks and provide recommendations for contingency plans
- Support and mentor junior team members to help them grow
- Provide category / competitor tracking and reporting, providing observations and opportunities
