Duties
- Assist Office Manager in credentialilng and insurance network contracting
- Creat patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Fax, Scan and upload records to Medical System
- Handle incoming phone calls and addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Post insurance payments
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Skills
- Knowledge of Credentialing and Insurance Network Contracting
- Experience in posting insurance payments
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and equipment (fax/copier/scanner)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
