The Office Manager is responsible for performing a wide range of complex, time-sensitive duties and coordinating research to meet project deadlines. They will serve as primary support for the administrative office and will report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities will encompass skills in marketing, bookkeeping, and human resources. To be successful in this role, they will need a strong work ethic, impeccable character, and the ability to process information quickly. Experience with financial analytics and office management is a plus. Being able to verbally deliver succinct information is a key component of this role. Working on multiple project deadlines, simultaneously, is normal, so the highest organizational skills are necessary to function in this role. The Office Manager will need to work approximately 45 hours/week, Monday- Friday.
