What We are Looking for:
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to motivate, lead, and encourage a team of 2-3 crew members
- Strong work ethic and integrity with a desire to keep projects on budget
- Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials preferred
- Attention to detail, a basic understanding of grading, drainage, and construction
- 1-2 years of landscaping/installation experience preferred
- 1-2 years leading others in landscape installation experience is preferred
- Safely operate company tools and equipment
- Able to read landscape plans and drawings
- Ability to interact with clients and potential customers in a professional, courteous manner
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to help our team GROW by giving and receiving constructive criticism respectfully
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
