Role Description
As a sales and Marketing Specialist at Browse Bazaar Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for promoting our supply chain management services to entrepreneurs and small businesses looking to start or scale their businesses. Your primary role will involve identifying potential clients, engaging with them through various marketing channels, and booking consultations to discuss how our services can help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Our Services: Use multiple platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Quora, Blogs, Email Marketing, Facebook, Instagram, cold calling , and door-to-door marketing to promote our supply chain management services, which include sourcing, logistics, 3PL fulfillment, and more.
- Identify Leads: Research and identify potential clients who are interested in starting their own business or scaling their existing operations.
- Book Consultations: Engage with potential leads and encourage them to book consultations with our team to explore how Browse Bazaar can assist them in sourcing products, managing imports, and providing fulfillment services.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly goals for booked consultations and conversions.
- Client Communication: Build relationships with prospective clients, explaining our services in a clear and compelling way while addressing their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and provide feedback on client needs and market trends.
- Track Performance: Monitor your performance and provide regular updates on the number of consultations booked and other key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, and social media management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Quora, etc.).
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our services can benefit them.
Compensation:
- 75% commission for each booked consultation.
- Potential for promotion to Affiliate Manager with a permanent full-time paid role, including one-on-one training as needed.
