Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Browtique Spa, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service in a relaxing and welcoming environment. You will manage appointments, answer client inquiries, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude as they arrive at the spa
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries about services, treatments, pricing, and availability
- Schedule and confirm client appointments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date appointment calendar
- Process payments, handle cash, and provide receipts for services rendered
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients as appropriate
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with client intake forms and any necessary information for treatments
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and respect privacy
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle client concerns or issues in a professional manner, escalating to management if needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records, and inventory tracking
- Ensure a smooth transition for clients, providing information on post-treatment care and future visits
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role (spa or wellness environment preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products (or a willingness to learn)
- Proficient in using scheduling software and basic office equipment (computers, phones, etc.)

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
