Powersports Warehouse Team Lead - 2nd Shift
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead who will report to the Operations Supervisor, and who’ll be tasked with overseeing daily operations within the distribution warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, timely order fulfillment, and a high level of team productivity. You will play a crucial role in managing, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence and meet company objectives with the assistance of your supervisor.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
- Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support as needed with the support of the operations supervisor.
- Delegate tasks and set daily/weekly goals, ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop and implement strategies for warehouse productivity, cost reduction, and safety.
- Generate regular reports detailing warehouse performance metrics, presenting findings to the management team.
- Gather feedback and be a source of intelligence for both the operators and the leadership team.
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of previous work experience in Warehouse logistics with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience using WMS, ERP or similar systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments while maintaining goals.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Demonstrate ability to manage shifting priorities and support other team members when needed while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work overtime based on business needs.
- Location and in office expectations: Required to work onsite full time in the Beloit, WI site.
- Inbound/Inventory Logistics experience.
- Previous work experience supervising a team.
