What Will You be Doing?
Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily workflow of orders processing and shipping team.
- Assist in the training of new staff.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee’s performance.
- Establish policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Managing closing process of the warehouse at end of the day
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Directing and coordinating operations of order processing and shipping team.
- Support order processing and shipping dept. activities by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Provide training for new hires in order processing and shipping dept., assist with onboarding activities and communicate job expectations.
- Interface with employees in the warehouse and other internal company departments to answer questions or solve problems.
- Support warehouse-wide activities and assist with rotating Saturday schedule.
- Identify area of improvement and establish innovative or adjust exiting work procedures and practices.
- Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods.
- Maintains clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Manage and assist with special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Managing end of the day, closing of warehouse facility.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

Compensation Structure for the Position
The compensation package for this role is an hourly rate of 20-21 per hour. The amount of compensation will be determined based on your experience, skills, and performance.
