TSS is seeking an Admin III to perform Administrative Services/Reception duties for the Office of Financial Management (OFM) and EMCBC Front Desk Reception. The candidate shall provide the following services and all other services necessary to carry out these duties:

  • Provide administrative services for the Front Desk Reception of the EMCBC and provide administrative support to the Assistant Director for Financial Management (OFM)
  • Produce from drafts, notes, or oral instructions variety of written documents (e.g., correspondence, program plans, or reports) utilizing a personal computer with varied and advanced functions, multiple software types with varied and advanced functions, and printing equipment.
  • Ensure proper spelling, grammar, format and arrangement, copying, and distribution of material requiring the use of desk and technical dictionaries, correspondence manuals, clerical procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform as the OFM clerical point of contact for the Controlled Correspondence Tracking System (CCTS). This includes using the system to obtain outgoing letter numbers for correspondence, completing the fields in the online system, uploading the final document in PDF and running reports.
  • CCTS is also used to track incoming documents that have an action. Close out documents when OFM actions are complete.
  • Using the Government’s electronic travel system, assist employees in making travel arrangements, processing travel authorizations, and processing travel vouchers.
  • Assist with the entry of time and attendance data for federal employees (in ATAAPS or similar system). Also provide the AD OFM with calendar updates of scheduled leave for OFM employees.
  • Maintain OFM records as required by EMCBC policy and procedures.
  • Answer telephones, take messages and direct calls forwarded to the Reception Desk during absences of the Office of the Director's staff.
