The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support for multiple supervisors. This includes fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, and maintaining organized records. Additionally, the role involves creating and managing spreadsheets, developing presentations, and handling filing systems to support business operations. The Administrative Assistant will assist in scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in office software are essential for success in this role.

- Ability to create and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and document processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience with office coordination, document processing, and records management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Ability to work in an office environment for extended periods.
- Ability to perform desk-based tasks, including computer use and document management.
- Capability to handle light physical tasks such as filing and organizing office materials.
