SpecPro Professional Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Cultural Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team of conservation scientists. This on-site support position is located at Fort Campbell, Kentucky for the Cultural Resources Management Program (CRMP), Environmental Division in the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), U.S. Army Garrison.

The Cultural Resources Specialist is responsible for:
- Providing Section 106 and 110 guidance to avoid, minimize, and mitigate potential adverse effects to historic properties.
- Scientific writing, administrative skills, and logistics in both the office and field.
- Applying archaeological field methods (Phase I and II),
- Using ArcGIS Pro, and performing artifact curation tasks.
- Reviewing all archaeological and architectural report submissions from outside contractors performing work on Fort Campbell toward NRHP eligibility determinations and SHPO concurrence
- Annual archaeological site/cemetery monitoring, small-scale archaeological testing, and field surveys
Required Qualifications
- MA/MS in anthropology, archeology, history, historic preservation, architectural history, cultural resource management, or closely related field
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience
- Must meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards (36 CFR 61, Appendix A) to be considered
- Prefer experience supporting military or government cultural resource programs, or experience supporting private sector cultural resource programs
- Thorough understanding of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and ESRI ArcMap
- Valid driver’s license
