What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager III position at BRS?
Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a Project Manager III to support our ongoing mission. The ideal candidate must be able to perform the tasks listed below (but are not limited to the tasks listed below).
The candidate shall support existing Government-led project teams, as necessary, to support on-going project efforts related to system, application, and IT modernization, and technology refresh. In this capacity, the Contractor shall execute project management for remote site locations (Aurora CO, San Diego CA, and Great Lakes IL) including the activities below:
The WAR should contain the following information:
Certification requirements expected are a PMP or equivalent. Education requirements are a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Coordinate and assign project tasks in alignment with Site Lead expectations
- Support technical staff, as necessary and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Manage project/program staffing
- Manage project/program performance and initiatives
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are
The WAR should contain the following information:
- Top 5 Accomplishments of the week for the contract team
- Planned Activities for the following week to include Planned Activities for the following week, Planned task and initiatives, along with Planned dates of execution.
- Executive-level/critical items of interest: These are risks, issues, or items of interest brought to the Government’s attention that may have an impact on DHA operations and initiatives until resolution, including but not limited to: Key ITSM tickets requiring attention
- Upcoming scheduled maintenance and outages
- Key risks and issues
- Service request, incident, change request/configuration management, and problem management monthly data, both ITSM system-driven and on-site/walk-in customer assistance, presented by ticket created, resolved, closed, unresolved/open count41
- Priorities broken out by geographic location and site, and end-user device (i.e., laptop, desktop, mobile phone, etc.) in various chart formats (i.e., bar, pie, etc.)
- Scheduled and Unscheduled maintenance outages presented by calendar date notified, including Emergency SITREP, information paper, AAR update
- COOP/IA/RMF activities and actions; Number of C&A packages documented within JBSA ATO
- RMF activities completed in support of system accreditation requirements
- Number of systems in security compliance completed in alignment with approved DHA standards
- Number of system back-up and restores
- Number of IA Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) patches completed
- Number and description of appropriate disaster recovery actions
- Number of reported suspected or confirmed security breaches or policy violations, and remediations
- Number of VTC calls supported
- List of key project tasks being supported for following locations: Aurora CO, San Diego CA, and Great Lakes IL
- Asset management including number of office moves, HW/SW IT assets tracked
- Identified Problems / Issues (e.g., personnel, organizational, schedule, process, etc.)
- Assessed Risks / Mitigations (e.g., program, schedule, personnel, cost, etc.)
- Lessons Learned / Improvement Opportunities
- Monthly travel and ODC expenditures and remaining balances
- Number of personnel performing on this GSP JBSA TO PWS during the month
- A list of Contractor Personnel vacancies, to include vacancy period by FTE; Calculation and amount of expected invoice reduction for vacancies.
- Status of any Corrective Action Plans for addressing vacancies
