Eagle Integrated Services is seeking a Webmaster to add to our Information Technology Support Services team in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland.

Responsibilities Include:
- Serves as an Information Technology Specialist with responsibility for assisting with the technical planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and management of Internet, Intranet, and Extranet activities, including systems/applications development and technical management of websites.
- Applies technical knowledge of Internet systems, services, technologies, integration, maintenance testing, operational integrity, and/or management and promotion of Internet and Intranet systems used for the transmission of information in data, and/or video formats
- Advise on the development, delivery, and editorial responsibility for site content to ensure quality, usability, and style
- Ensures the currency and timeliness of data maintained on the websites
- Monitors end-user satisfaction and recommends enhancements to increase performance
- Responds to user feedback mechanisms
- Provides ongoing development and coordination of a virtual network of web creation services and components
- Ensures total quality management encompassing technical consultation, implementation of content, quality, and style; adherence to industry and FEMA standards
- Technical development of new functionality including database management systems and communications technologies; maintenance of security; and assistance with user instruction, education, and support
- Demonstrated experience managing websites
- Strong graphic design skills
- Solid experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other related Web technologies, and PC graphics software
- Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.
- Ability to work with database applications
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self motivated to learn, troubleshoot, and complete projects.
- Experience using Power BI, MS Teams Planner, and SharePoint
- Preferred 2-3 years’ experience
- Predominantly indoors in normal office environment
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach
- Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
- May require frequent computer use for several hours at a time
- Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
- Must have visual acuity
