- Leadership & Team Development:
- Model and ensure a high level of safety among team members and on projects
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Establish and communicate a clear vision for the Utilities Division, aligning team goals with company objectives
- Operations Management:
- Oversee all operations, including planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the utilities sector, driving growth and expansion initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, clients, and local government entities to enhance community engagement and support
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the division's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing profitability
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance revenue generation from a diverse client base
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute strategic plans that align with overall company growth objectives
- Keep up with industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the utilities market
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in utility installation management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices with an emphasis on water and sewer systems, plant work and large-diameter pipe (18" ) installation, preferably in the greater Philadelphia/Mid-Atlantic region
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field experience
