SUMMARY
Sells and schedules needed express service work in the service department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Promptly and professionally greet clients on the drive for express maintenance
- Obtain client and vehicle information
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate for the work being performed
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update clients frequently
- Explain the repair process, review the inspection results after the oil change has been completed while providing an active delivery (review of services performed) of the finished vehicle.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stretch, kneel, stoop, crawl, climb, balance, twist, turn, handle, reach, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment can range from slow to fast paced. The work environment is indoor and outdoor and may include inclement weather. The work environment is a multi-tasking, front line customer service environment. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to extreme.
Numerous chemicals are used on a frequent basis as a normal part of this job. In order to recognize and protect oneself from chemicals in the work place the employee will:
