Our client has an opening for a Technical Sales Representative who will be responsible for sales of their line of Mechanical Surface Characterization Instruments in the Midwestern states. The portfolio includes Nano-Indentation, Scratch testing, and Tribology. You will ideally be located near Chicago, but other locations near a major airport may be possible. The base salary range for this position is $92,000 / y to $105,000 and depends on experience. Their commission plan is uncapped, pays monthly from dollar one and accelerates after reaching goal. Responsibilities include :
- Generating and developing new accounts and effectively managing existing accounts.
- Presenting to small and large audiences including C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians.
