Brule County DEPUTY Director of Equalization
Brule County will be taking applications for the Deputy Director of Equalization position.
The Deputy Director of Equalization will work under the direction of the Director of Equalization.
Some duties to include:
1) Utilizes professional telephone/receptionist skills when receiving the public and assisting them with questions regarding the assessment process.
2) Confers with property owners and/or their representatives to compile additional information regarding real property used in the assessment process.
3) Transfers of property
4) Certification with SD Department of Revenue within one year of employment; recertification is required annually; paid training available
7) Attend conferences and workshops sponsored by the State
