Accounting Supervisor
This is an IN-OFFICE position, Thornton, CO
Compensation: $ 90,000- $105, 000 DOE
Concrete Pumping Holdings (“CPH”) is the leading provider of concrete pumping services and concrete waste management services in the United States (“U.S.”) and the United Kingdom (“U.K.”), primarily operating under the only established, national concrete pumping brands in both geographies – Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping, Inc. (“Brundage-Bone”) for concrete pumping in the U.S., Camfaud Group Limited (“Camfaud”) in the U.K., and Eco-Pan, Inc. (“Eco-Pan”) for waste management services in both the U.S. and U.K. The Brundage-Bone business was founded in 1983 in Denver, Colorado. Since then, the Company has expanded across the U.S. and U.K. through more than 60 acquisitions. Eco-Pan was founded in 1999 and Camfaud was acquired in 2016.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Managing and overseeing all CASH account functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll transactions and taxes
- Assist in Quarterly and Annual financial audit activities along with analyzing market/product growth on a national scale.
- Make recommendations for improvements after assessing current practices and procedures.
- Understand and maintain internal controls and guidelines for Cash Receipts/AR
- Assist in Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform analysis on ad hoc projects as needed
- Supervise and/or lead general ledger accounting functions
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 -4 years current experience with Financials, ERP in Accounting field
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA or equivalent preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- 1-2 years of progressive accounting experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
- Strong leadership skills with dedication to driving and achieving results.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
