Office Assistant, Springfield, MO
Join our TEAM! Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping, Capital Pumping LP and Eco-Pan, Inc. (also known as Concrete Pumping Holdings ). We have over 1,000 employees based across the US. This position will report to our Office Manager and be responsible performing a variety of administrative support duties.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
We are pleased to offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-20.00 depending on experience plus overtime if required.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Performs a wide variety of administrative support and record keeping activities.
- Provides administrative support to Branch Manager, general administration roles and other assigned positions
- Professionally interact with customers, taking payments over the phone, sending missing invoices and or statements, assisting customers with any invoice questions
- May assist with ordering of office supplies (or other orders as needed), organizing branch level employee activities, greeting and directing visitors, etc
- Maintain open communication with supervisor, branch offices, management and clerical staff
- Answers and routes inbound calls
- May process incoming and outgoing mail and UPS/FedEx packages
- Ability to work overtime as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 1-2 years of experience in general office administration/support
- Payroll experience-Certified Payroll, a plus!
- Missouri Notary Public, a plus!
- Experience with AR- 2 years preferred
- Calling on AR collections weekly – maintaining within our NET terms, filing liens per state regulations
- Invoicing tickets
- Ability to read maps
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel skills and Acrobat Adobe
- Consistently meet Daily deadlines
- High degree of accuracy and
- Highly organized with the ability to follow through in a fast-paced environment. Able to prioritize among competing requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information at all times
- Dependable, punctual, mature and accountable
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Works in an indoor office relatively free from environmental conditions or hazards
- Use of office equipment and computers
- Occasional lifting of supplies and materials (up to 20 lbs.)
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to bend or squat and climb stairs on regular basis.
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
