What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Analyst position at Brunel International?
What are you going to do
- Reviews and monitors well reports for geographic area.
- Becomes familiar with associated software / systems.
- Assists in operated and non-operated well set-up.
- Performs basic ownership changes.
- Assists with special projects within the department including acquisitions and divestitures.
- Prepare appropriate forms for disbursement of payments including preparation of division orders, supplemental division orders and transfer orders.
- Reviews title opinions and associated documentation.
- Basic analysis and interpretation of leases, division orders, contracts, deeds, title opinions, probate, and assignments.
- Assists with identification of title / ownership issues, recommending appropriate steps for resolution.
- Collaborates with team members.
- Perform assigned tasks.
- Learns company standards, processes and practices of the Division Order Team.
- Communicates internally within team and externally with owners, vendors and other customers.
- Attends internal and external educational events, along with establishing network contacts with other Land professionals.
