As a Senior Engineering & Technical Recruiter at Brunel, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles, utilizing your expertise to identify, assess, and place qualified candidates in various engineering disciplines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong candidate pipelines, developing relationships with clients and candidates
- Conducting thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiating offers and providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- You will also stay informed on industry trends, mentor junior recruiters, and maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years focused on engineering or technical recruitment for the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical skills
- Proven track record of successful sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in engineering positions
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and negotiation techniques
- Experience in a fast-paced staffing agency or recruitment environment preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and candidates simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset
