Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge, utilize company resources to enhance sales, and deepen understanding of our product assortment.
- Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stores are presented in line with company image.

Requirements:
- High school diploma required; College degree preferred.
- 3-4 years' experience in an equivalent role in a luxury environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.
