Bruni & Campisi of Elmsford, NY is looking to hire a full-time Customer Experience Specialist - Customer Service Representative to join our plumbing and HVAC office team. This position starts at $15-$24/hr, depending on experience. The hours for this position vary on a rotating basis. The shifts are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As an HVAC/plumbing Customer Experience Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, make follow-up calls, and process and collect invoices.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. With your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you are able to ensure that their needs are met. QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. We can train the right person on the industry-specific aspects of this job.
