Your Territory & Travel
The Northwest region (WA, OR, MT, ID, UT, NORTHERN NV, WY) is yours to own and grow. You’ll need exceptional time management and strategic planning skills to effectively cover this extensive territory, with travel expectations of up to 75%—primarily driving in a company-provided pickup truck. Your ability to efficiently schedule customer visits and maximize face-to-face interactions will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and direct sales accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the region.
- Educate and support customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, maintain customer records, and generate sales reports to drive informed business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to align with strategic company goals.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to expand industry connections and generate leads.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in sales (5 years), preferably in mining, demolition, or construction industries.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills—you understand that trust drives sales.
- Strategic mindset with excellent time management—this territory is vast, and efficiency is key.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to keep customer interactions organized and effective.
- Resides within the territory and holds a valid driver’s license.
