Regional Sales Manager – Midwest Territory
Join our 142-year-old, family-owned manufacturing company in Springdale, AR, as a Regional Sales Manager with expertise in mining, demolition, or construction. We specialize in:
- Drill steels and carbide-tipped bits for blast holes in quarries, mines, and construction.
- Concrete breaker steels for general construction.
- Demolition tools for mining and construction.
Position Details:
- Home-based role covering the Midwest (MI, MN, WI, IL, IA, IN, OH).
- Extensive travel required (up to 75%) in a company-provided pickup truck.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent products to distribution partners and direct sales accounts.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Educate and support customers to optimize satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, maintain customer files, and generate reports.
- Attend trade shows and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager on strategic plans.
Requirements:
- 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management tools.
- Must reside in the territory.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Compensation and Benefits:
