We're on the hunt for a Sr. Account Manager to join our Client Service team who will drive exceptional, on-time, and on-strategy results.?
In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of assigned account projects. You will be overseeing the management of all project work, ensuring flawless, on-time, on-budget delivery of agency products and services, all through a strategic lens.
Essential Functions
Account Management - Collaborate with all departments to maintain operational guidelines, deliverables, and schedules. Ensure all client objectives and milestones are met, managing communication and deliverables for stakeholders. Lead the agency team in delivering high-quality work across creative, strategy, and execution, maintaining strong communication, managing client approvals, and resolving issues proactively.
Account Excellence - Provide seamless project management across all assigned clients, following agency processes while keeping clients informed at every stage. Review all deliverables—including strategic, research, media, and creative work—before submission to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client expectations. Ensure all client communications, status reports, and meeting notes are professional, clear, timely, and well-documented.
Project Management Leadership - Lead project management process across campaigns—from brief through execution—ensuring clear scope definition, timeline management, budget oversight, and resource coordination. Serve as the point person for task tracking and status reporting.
Client Knowledge Leader - Gather and present critical insights on industry trends, competition, and industry products to keep both the client and agency team informed. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s business, consistently bringing strategic ideas and innovative thinking to strengthen the agency’s position as a valued partner rather than just a vendor.
Client & Team Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong, day-to-day client relationships, providing seamless, professional service in alignment with agency best practices. Foster collaboration with internal teams and demonstrate strategic problem-solving to continuously add value. Be proactive, accessible, and committed to exceeding expectations.
Agency Evaluation and Training - Follow the Brunner performance plan process and actively participate in required agency training. Take the initiative in expanding your knowledge and growing within the organization by identifying and attending relevant industry training to support career development.?

Working Environment – This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work at least two days per week in Atlanta, GA. During onboarding for at least the first 3 months, additional days will be required in the office.

Requirements

- 6 years minimum experience working as an account manager.
- 3 years minimum experience working in an advertising agency.
- Experience with website, paid email, paid digital, and digital marketing production.
- Experience managing digital and traditional initiatives.
