Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Duties
- Balance Cash Drawer from sales on the prior day, run appropriate reports to ensure payments balance.
- Match accounting and loading copies of Pick tickets, invoice delivered product.
- Process checks and credit card payments to customer accounts.
- Scan all Accounting batches and paperwork to shared drive for storage.
- Answer phones as back up and cover Receptionist breaks.
- Scan all completed order paperwork to webdocs.
- Review delivery log and check for un-invoiced orders.
- Assist service counter, salespeople, and other departments with Questions as needed.
- Additional duties as required by the Accounting Manager or CFO.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Being able to juggle competing priorities
- 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Associate degree or above is a plus.
