Receptionist
Job Duties
Daily
- Check emails, update the accounting calendar according to appointments.
- Check Voicemails and provide callback slips to sales personnel.
- Mail out invoices
- Receive and save Delivery Pictures from dispatch.
- Open Mail and put in appropriate department Mail slots.
- Answer main Line and route calls appropriately.
- Greet and direct customers that come in front door.
- Receive in packages that they be delivered.
- Cross check invoice for accounting.
- Credit Returns from the yard.
Weekly
- Process Sales Order Acknowledgement to webdocs.
- Go through pick tickets behind service counter
- Clean around front door, and showroom as needed.
As needed
- Work on order projects for Kitchens, Store, Mill Shop, and Accounting.
