Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding client invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
