About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to represent BRUNT Workwear and engage with our customers through various communication channels. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers across phone, email, and chat channels
- Meet or exceed department SLAs of 90% Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSAT), 24-hour response time, and efficiency thresholds
- Improve customer support policies and procedures by offering feedback and solutions to managers
- Become a product expert in BRUNT's entire product portfolio and help customers select the right product for their needs
- Collaborate with management to achieve quarterly CX strategies/OKRs and drive operational improvements
Requirements
- Experience in customer service roles, such as retail environments, call-centers, or remote communication
- Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences and consistently positive customer feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, technical proficiency managing multiple platforms
- Excellent organizational skills, highly collaborative, and flexible
