Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team in the spring. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Apply paint using various techniques, including airless paint spraying and brush/roller application.
- Execute caulking and mudding work to ensure smooth finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Residential painting or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of caulking, mudding techniques.
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment is a MUST.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
