Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Scooper. As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving delicious ice cream treats to our customers. This position located in Apex NC.
Typical scooper schedules range from 15-20 hours per week, but more or fewer hours are possible depending on availability. Potential for advancement to Crew Leader or to learn how to make ice cream, cakes & pies, and waffle cones and earn higher pay. Availability is important, we are busiest on nights and weekends.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
-Must possess and enjoy sharing a healthy smile
-Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
-Take customer orders and provide recommendations on flavors and toppings
-Scoop and serve ice cream in a timely manner
-Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream station
-Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients
-Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries or concerns
-Ability to work well with team members.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; organization and time-management skills.
-Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.
