Job Title: Customer Service & Accounting Clerk
FLSA Status: Hourly
Reports To: Sales Manager
Location: 8 Corporate Blvd, Sinking Spring, PA,19608
Summary: Handling in-coming requests for sales quotations and the administration of commercial activities. Support the activities of Sales Agents and company Sales Strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Quote in-coming sales inquiries via phone, email or directly from the customer
- Support commercial activities of Brute Athletic Apparel by quoting commercial opportunities or performing other administrative activities as necessary including, but not limited to; processing orders, shipping tracking, quotation follow-up, completion of Company Quality and Operating procedures
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer and vendor contacts
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
- Investigate and resolve Customer complaints and problems
- Provide backup to Customer Service & Management team as necessary

Education/Experience:
Prior customer service or related Industry experience preferred; in addition, demonstrated history of excellent work ethic
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business concepts and technical procedures.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define and resolve problems.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced level of knowledge with Microsoft Office suite and email.
