As the Property Manager, you will work to make sure the property is running efficiently on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for supervising all business functions and will directly manage the sales and leasing of the property, and you will work closely with the local team and corporate office to develop and maintain an innovative and targeted campaign to establish the brand and product.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A high School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business, management, leadership, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in management or a similar position is required.
• Previous property management experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to be covered on the Company's insurance policy is required.
