Job Description
Overview
Making calls and answering phones, invoicing, payment information, customer change requests and customer complaints. Face to face sales, Project a professional company image through phone and face to face interaction, stocking freezers, end of day reports.
Office Hours:
Tuesday– Saturday 9-5:30pm.
Essential Job Functions Based Upon Customer Service.
Making sales calls daily and responding to incoming call requests in a timely manner.
Sales, Scheduling, and resolving issues.
Selling Subscription, Bulk, and By the Pound Meat Sales.
Process credit card, EBT, and check payments.
Schedule Customers Pick Up/ Delivery Dates.
Provide product/service information and offer add-on products.
Articulate information or direction to a customer’s level of understanding.
De-escalate complaints or concerns.
Follow-up on inquiries not immediately resolved.
Show empathy while providing one call resolution.
Maintain expected performance goals.
Use of: FaceBook, Totilpay, Square, Stripe, Calendly, Canvas, Google,BryantBeef.com.
Demonstrate Soft Skills, including active listening, independent problem solving and ability to respond professionally and compassionately.
Execute superb Phone Etiquette.
Navigate between multiple screens, databases, and complex data entry applications while engaging the customer on the call.
Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills in a concise manner.
Adapt and adhere to policies and procedures.
Present attributes of a team player committed to growth and development.
Desired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient reading, writing and math skills.
Call Center experience.
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
BryantBeef may ask of you to assist in farm tasks should the need occur, position is not limited to the tasks within this description. We are a small business and management may ask for assistance in any division within the company and you will be expected to assist.
