- Lead and manage all aspects of Perioperative Services operations.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance patient care quality and efficiency.
- Provide leadership in staff development, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to meet organizational goals.
Education:
- Required: Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
- Required: Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or charge nurse.
- Preferred: Experience in surgical services leadership.
- Active California RN license (Required).
- BLS certification (AHA certified) (Required).
- CNOR or related perioperative certification (Preferred).
