Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join the Surgical Unit at a leading medical center in Richland, WA. This position is open to all levels of RNs, including recent graduates. You'll be part of a supportive healthcare team dedicated to delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced surgical unit
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement patient treatment plans
• Monitor patient recovery and address post-operative needs
• Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow hospital policies
  
  

Work Schedule Options:

• 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (Variable)
• 24 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (Variable)
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington RN License upon hire.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
• For RN Residents: Newly licensed with up to 12 months of experience
• For Acute Care RNs: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in Surgical Nursing or relevant specialty
