Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced surgical unit
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement patient treatment plans
- Monitor patient recovery and address post-operative needs
- Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and recovery
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow hospital policies
- 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (Variable)
- 24 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (Variable)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Washington RN License upon hire.
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
- For RN Residents: Newly licensed with up to 12 months of experience
- For Acute Care RNs: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- National Certification in Surgical Nursing or relevant specialty
