- Relationship Building: Develop meaningful connections with prospective students, ensuring continuous communication and support. Your ability to foster relationships is key to both student and college success.
- Stewardship of Paid Opportunities: Maximize paid enrollment opportunities through proactive outreach and efficient use of the CRM system, ensuring prospective students remain engaged and committed.
- Brand Ambassadorship: As a brand ambassador, embody and communicate the values of Bryant & Stratton College. Your ability to generate referral leads and enrollments will positively influence the College’s reputation.
- Student Support: Deliver exceptional service, assisting students with necessary documentation, including financial aid forms, to meet enrollment deadlines.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and improve performance metrics to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
