The Richmond Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a part-time weekend Facilities position.

The responsibilities of this Facilities position includes the coordination and implementation of campus maintenance, cleaning, waste removal, classroom readiness, special event setup and deliveries.

Position Responsibilities/Functions

• Clean and sanitize campus facilities adhering to established cleaning and disposal criteria.
• Participate in setup and breakdown for all special events.
• Ensure classroom readiness for each semester.
• Follow an established preventative maintenance schedule for the campus.
• Assist in maintaining and stocking the storage areas of the campus.
• Perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Perform general safety and security duties.
• Communicate any facilities concerns to appropriate management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications/Position Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.
• Knowledge of maintenance and facility cleaning.
• Ability to interact with students, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Must have a basic understanding of OSHA regulations.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work the required weekend schedule.
• Background check is required.
