The Richmond Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a part-time weekend Facilities position.
The responsibilities of this Facilities position includes the coordination and implementation of campus maintenance, cleaning, waste removal, classroom readiness, special event setup and deliveries.
Position Responsibilities/Functions
- Clean and sanitize campus facilities adhering to established cleaning and disposal criteria.
- Participate in setup and breakdown for all special events.
- Ensure classroom readiness for each semester.
- Follow an established preventative maintenance schedule for the campus.
- Assist in maintaining and stocking the storage areas of the campus.
- Perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Move furniture and equipment as needed.
- Perform general safety and security duties.
- Communicate any facilities concerns to appropriate management.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma is required.
- Knowledge of maintenance and facility cleaning.
- Ability to interact with students, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Must have a basic understanding of OSHA regulations.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work the required weekend schedule.
- Background check is required.
