The Richmond Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a part-time Receptionist to work the weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Job Summary
This position is an essential first contact for students, faculty, staff and vendors. In addition to receptionist duties, this position provides administrative support to the Admissions department.
Principal Job Functions
The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a diverse group of students and peers is required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position.
Must be available to work required weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Polite and Professional Customer Service
- Data entry and other Admissions functions
- Faxing, filing and basic office duties
- Special projects as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience
- Associates Degree preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
