The Richmond Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a part-time Receptionist to work the weekend schedule : Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Job Summary :
This position is an essential first contact for students, faculty, staff and vendors. In addition to receptionist duties, this position provides administrative support to the Admissions department.
Principal Job Functions :
Answering a multi-line phone system
Polite and Professional Customer Service
Data entry and other Admissions functions
Faxing, filing and basic office duties
Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a diverse group of students and peers is required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position.
Must be available to work required weekend schedule : Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Knowledge and Experience
Associates Degree preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Previous receptionist experience a plus
