We’re actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and project support responsibilities in a flexible work environment. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter eager to contribute to the continued growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, proposal creation, document preparation, and coordination of office activities.
- Input data and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage phone and email communication.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure necessary resources are available.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in office administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform various tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
