ABOUT THE COMPANY
brytemove energy is a leading provider of Electric Vehicle infrastructure engineering and construction services, primarily to commercial operators. Founded in 2012, the Company is focused on the design, engineering, construction, installation, and maintenance of level 2 and level 3 high power fast-charging stations, which typically serve a variety of clients including EVSPs, utilities, fleet owners, Auto and Charging OEMs. EVI is an experienced provider of turnkey charging installation solutions from inception to commissioning, which can include the integration of solar, energy storage, software applications, and other solutions through a network of partnerships.
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying EV Infrastructure opportunities, engaging with decision makers, preparing presentations and proposals, and ultimately closing sales within their assigned vertical, geographic territory, and/or assigned accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Develop and build relationships across assigned industry verticals and accounts
· Quickly identify customer pain points and present value propositions solving their problems
· Influence and respond to RFPs
· Identify potential markets for expansion
· Weekly sales forecast reporting
· Customer updates and communication
· Data entry into salesforce based CRM platform
· Attend and possibly speak at various conferences and expos
· Close infrastructure projects
· Execute Master Services Agreements preferably with Fortune 500 clients and large fleet owner/operators.
· On board clients once converted, maintain relationships as primary point of contact, attend meetings and participate in program management.
· Assist others in their efforts to close deals.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· 5-7 years’ experience in fleet, energy, renewables, EV, or similar field; preferably in sales
· Proven success in strategic account management
· General understanding of construction and electricity
· Excellent project management skills. With the ability to manage multiple, diverse projects in parallel.
· General technology understanding in both hardware and software, vehicle, power generation, and charging.
· Exceptional oral, presentation and written communication skills. Open all sales with a vision.
· Strong analytical, modelling skills. Close sales with numbers.
· Proven ability to work effectively cross functionally within an organization
· Able to engage immediately and confidently with senior influencers and be an excellent relationship builder.
· A natural collaborator who enjoys working in a team with clever and ambitious colleagues
· Highly persuasive and excellent at getting things done
· Able to excel under pressure, with meticulous attention to detail
· Master’s degree in business, Energy, Economics or related field, or relevant consulting experience is a plus
· Ability to work independently with minimal corporate office face time.
· Travel up 25%-50% of time. Fluctuates throughout the year and during times of a pandemic.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
