Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive EV infrastructure sales, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close high-value projects. This role involves market expansion, strategic account management, and contract negotiations within an assigned territory or industry vertical.
Key Responsibilities
β 5-7 years of sales experience in fleet, energy, renewables, or EV industries.
β Proven success in strategic account management & business development.
β Strong understanding of EV charging, power generation, and infrastructure projects.
β Experience with construction and electrical systems is a plus.
β Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
β Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
β Comfortable with limited travel (up to 25%-50%) as needed.

- Develop and present sales proposals, influence RFPs, and secure contracts.
- Execute Master Services Agreements and oversee client onboarding.
- Manage sales forecasts, CRM data entry (Salesforce-based), and customer communications.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and expos.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive project execution and program management.
