About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented RTR Technicianto join our team! In this part-time, evening position, you’ll be responsible for reviewing field work related to residential solar installations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and align with company expectations before final approval.
What You’ll Do:
- Review field photos and documentation for completed solar installations.
- Verify that work matches design plans (CAD) and meets quality expectations.
- Communicate with field crews to request additional photos or clarification when necessary.
- Ensure all installation work complies with company and industry standards.
- Update project statuses in real-time review systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality work.
- Excellent communication skills for working with both field and office teams.
- Ability to review and interpret visual data (photos, diagrams, basic blueprints).
- Basic knowledge of solar installation practices is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate!
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently.
Work Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- On-Site at our Lindon, Utah location.
