Responsibilities
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal customers, particularly those in the Top 100 accounts, ensuring a seamless transition to BS&A Payments.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including finance and operations leaders in municipal governments.
- Sales Growth:
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to transition municipalities from third-party processors to BS&A Payments.
- Customer Enablement:
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs and pain points, offering solutions that enhance reconciliation, adoption, and overall satisfaction.
- Coordinate with legal teams on contractual obligations and stored payment method migrations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing to personalize outreach campaigns for non-integrated accounts.
- Partner with product and support teams to resolve customer challenges quickly and effectively.
- 3–5 years of experience in payments or GovTech sales/account management.
- Proven track record of building relationships and achieving sales quotas.
- Understanding of payment processing workflows and common challenges in municipal finance
- Willings to travel for in-person meetings and regional events.
