Location : Remote (Travel to Michigan and Midwest / Southeast territories

Job Summary
The Payments Account Manager is responsible for driving enterprise cross-sell and
migration efforts among municipalities still using third-party payment providers.
As a key player in the BS&A Payments team, this role requires exceptional relationship management skills and a consultative approach to help municipalities maximize the benefits of integrated payments.
Responsibilities
- Account Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal customers, particularly those in the Top 100 accounts, ensuring a seamless transition to BS&A Payments.
Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs and pain points, offering solutions that enhance reconciliation, adoption, and overall satisfaction.
Work closely with marketing to personalize outreach campaigns for non-integrated accounts.
